Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail B

Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail B is a cocktail of five phosphatase inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of protein tyrosine phosphatases, as well as acid and alkaline phosphatases. It can be used on animal tissues, A431, or Jurkat cell extracts. Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail B is suitable for cell extracts containing detergents.|Each vial (reconstituted in 1ml) contains 200 mM Imidazole, 100 mM Sodium Fluoride, 115 mM Sodium Molybdate, 100 mM Sodium Orthovanadate and 400 mM Sodium Tartrate Dihydrate.
