Kisser's Mounting Medium

Precautions：Kisser's Mounting Medium solidifies at low temperature. Thaw it completely at 37-50℃ prior to use.Kisser's Mounting Medium contains a small amount of phenol. Please be careful when handling the reagent and take effective measures to avoid inhalation and direct contact with skin or eyes.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.Instructions for Use：1. For Adherent cells:a. After staining and washing, remove and discard the wash solution.b. Add one drop of Kisser's Mounting Medium on the glass slide, cover with a coverslip with adherent cells allowing cells contact with the medium, and avoid the formation of air bubbles.c. Examine cells by a microscopy.2. For tissue sections:d. After staining and washing, remove and discard the wash solution.e. Add one drop of Kisser's Mounting Medium onto the tissue section on a glass slide, cover with a coverslip and avoid the formation of air bubbles.f. Examine cells by a microscopy.3. For other samples:Refer to the methods described for either adherent cell samples or tissue sections.
