General description
A potent inhibitor of phosphotyrosine phosphatase (Ki = 100 nM for insulin receptor dephosphorylation). An activator of insulin receptor kinase (IRK). Also reported to be a potent inhibitor of PTEN (IC50 = 18 nM).
