The UltraBio™ Tricine-SDS Anode Running Buffer (10X), also known as UltraBio™ Tricine-SDS Anode Electrophoresis Buffer (10X), is specially designed for use with UltraBio™ small molecular weight protein precast gel series products.Tricine-SDS-PAGE with the Tris-Tricine buffer system is generally used to resolve proteins within the range of 1-100kDa. It is an ideal choice for analyzing proteins smaller than 30kDa and is also helpful in separating membrane protein complexes from biomembranes [1,2]. This product is optimized for use with the Tricine-SDS-PAGE to achieve superior electrophoresis results. UltraBio™ Tricine Precast PAGE Gel for Small Molecular Weight Protein can be used in conjunction with this product to effectively separate small molecular weight proteins. The protein bands are flat, clear, delicate and sharp after electrophoresis.This product is a 10X concentrated solution prepared with high-quality Tris. It only needs to be diluted with distilled water before use, without the need of pH retitration. The diluted 1X UltraBio™ Tricine-SDS Anode Running Buffer contains 200mM Tris, with a pH of 8.9.This product can be used in conjunction with the UltraBio™ Tricine-SDS Cathode Running Buffer (10X) for precast gels requiring both cathode and anode running buffers. This product should be added into the outer chamber and the UltraBio™ Tricine-SDS Cathode Running Buffer (10X) should be added into the inner chamber.Precautions：This product is specially designed for Tricine-SDS PAGE. Do not use polyacrylamide gels of other buffer systems.This product is for R&D only. Prepare an appropriate amount of 1X Tricine-SDS Anode Running Buffer by diluting the Tricine-SDS Anode Running Buffer (10X) in distilled water. For example, add 100ml of Tricine-SDS Anode Running Buffer (10X) into 900ml of distilled water, and mix well before use.2. For reducing protein electrophoresis, add 0.5ml of Antioxidant (400X) (, P0737) to 200ml of 1X Tris-Acetate SDS Running Buffer in the inner tank, and mix well.3.
