UltraBio™ Immunol Staining Blocking Solution

Precautions：Generally, this product is for one-time use only. Its blocking performance decreases by multiple uses. But when using a large volume of blocking buffer or primary antibodies with a high signal-to-noise ratio, such as antibodies of internal reference proteins, this blocking buffer can be reused 2-3 times. Do not mix the recovered blocking buffer with unused blocking buffer.No blocking buffer is suitable for all experiments. Please choose an appropriate blocking buffer for specific experiments.To further improve the signal-to-noise ratio, we recommend using QuickBlock™ Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Immunol Staining , QuickBlock™ Secondary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Immunofluorescence and QuickBlock™ Secondary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Immunohistochemistry in conjunction to dilute primary and secondary antibodies.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.Instructions for Use：1. For sections or cell samples, wash once with Immunostaining Wash Buffer after fixation (Note: Paraffin sections need to be dewaxed first), then block with QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining for approximately 10 minutes. It is also feasible to block at room temperature for 10-180 minutes or at 4℃ overnight. Blocking can be performed with slow shaking on a shaker. If the sample is easily dislodged during shaking, it can be blocked without shaking, which will be slightly less effective, but will meet the routine requirements. Once the blocking is completed, subsequent operations such as primary antibody incubation can be performed.2.
