The ACL Staticide 6672436 SpecMat-H Series Homogeneous Pre-Cut Mat is a single layer ESD safe thermoplastic vinyl material that is made for bench tops. The extruded manufacturing process utilizes plasticizers and lower-outgassing solvents, unlike many ESD vinyl's made by cast coating. The proprietary polymers used to manufacture this matting are homogeneously dispersed with a migratory anti-static formula that allows for both surface and volume resistance. By design the anti-static properties cannot be worn away through wear or out gassing. The ACL Staticide 6672436 SpecMat-H Series Homogeneous Pre-Cut Mat is resistant to solder, heat, and most solvents making it perfect for static-sensitive production areas in electronics manufacturing and laboratories. This table mat can be customed cut with a sharp blade to fit trays or other areas. The SpecMat-H material delivers a typical resistance-to-ground measurement of 108-109 ohms per ANSI/ESD S4.1 and complies with industry standards including EN 61340-5-1: Protection of electronic devices from electrostatic phemomena and ANSI ESD S20.20: Protection of electrical and electronic parts, assemblies and equipment.
