Planking / coating:1. Dilute osrhfn with PBS to the final reference concentration range of 50-100μg/ml, mix well, and then add it to the orifice plate or culture bottle to make osrhfn solution cover the bottom of the culture bottle / plate. Refer to table 1 for specific dosage of osrhfn.2. Culture bottles / plates with osrhfn were coated at 4 ℃ overnight or 37 ℃ for 1 hour;3. Suck up the osrhfn solution in the culture bottle / plate, and store it at 4 ℃ after collection. It can be used for coating other culture bottles / plates within one week;4. Take out the culture bottle / plate coated with osrhfn and directly inoculate the cells;5.
