Reusable Glass Spinner Flask is designed to improve cell growth by keeping the culture media moving and improving aeration at the surface. The Reusable Glass Spinner Flask features an improved impeller design that provides efficient slow-speed mixing. This Vortex impeller extended paddle design ensures constant top to bottom motion of the liquid. Bottom contours on the paddle hug the shape of the flask, sweeping up cells beneath the paddle and preventing them from settling into dead spots. Paddle tops extend above the gas-liquid interface to agitate the surface and promote aeration. Center necks are 70 mm for the 125 and 250 mL sizes, 100 mm for the rest. Sidearm necks are 32 for the 125 and 250 mL sizes, 45 mm for all others.
