Peroxide Quantitative Assay Kit (Lipid-Compatible): Peroxide Quantitative Assay Kit is a colorimetric assay that detects peroxide based on oxidation of ferrous to ferric ion in the presence of xylenol orange. The assays are suitable for H2O2 measurement in the following applications: quantitating detergent peroxide, monitoring cellular activity, and measuring peroxide accumulation in lipid. In the lipid compatible formulation, the peroxide converts the Fe2+to Fe3+ directly, In a sulfuric acid solution, the Fe3+ complexes with the xylenol orange dye to yield a purple product with maximum absorbance at 560 nm. Feature: (1) Quantitative range: 1-250μM . (2) Simple & Fast. (3) Colorimetric Assay. The kit is sufficient for 50 test tube assays or 250 microplate assays
