It is a fine beige powder easily soluble in water. It is manufactured with raw materials from vegetal origin only (non-GMO).It′s natural nitrogen content combined with naturally occurring vitamins as well as a high concentration of carbohydrates makes this peptone suitable for cultivating fastidious microorganisms.
