General Description:Chemical structure: aminoglycoside Paromomycin or aminosidine, an aminoglycoside belongs to the class of aminoglycosides. This nonabsorbable antibiotic is found at high level in the lumen of the colon.Application:Paromomycin sulfate salt has been used as a: reference compound in antileishmanial activity RNA-binding ligand and interacts with aptamer. This interaction prevents the binding (and cutting) of dicer to RNA duplex. Recommended for use in cell culture applications at 100mg/L.
