MVP ICON TEMPERATURE PROBE (C005B-233145)

General description

The MVP ICON Temperature Probe is a thermistor housed in a stainless steel probe designed for general purpose temperature measurement of liquids or semi-solids ranging from -55 to 125 °C.

Temperature control can be a critical factor in food safety and temperature must be accurately measured and recorded in many HACCP plans. Temperature is one of the most important factors permitting growth of bacteria and limits can be set for various areas of retail food production.

Clean probe thoroughly with water and a mild detergent solution. Rinse with deionized water. Store probe in original packaging when not in use.
