Product introduction：LSSE (or NHS ester) is a type of fluorescent dye produced by our company with amino reaction activity. The SE group of this type of dye can react with the amino group to produce stable amide bonds. Compared to other similar dyes on the market, LS is a new generation fluorescent dye with stronger stability, better water solubility, and better fluorescence intensity. Efficiency equivalent to CF ® 405M Dye.Matters needing attention：1. 荧光染料激发与发射波长会受到溶剂的影响，使用不同溶剂，则激发与发射波长可能会发生变化。2. 标记的蛋白如需长期储存，推荐加入5-10 mg/mL BSA和0.01-0.03% NaN3，以防止蛋白变性和微生物滋生。放置于4℃避光保存。若加入了终浓度为50%的甘油，可放-20℃保存。可稳定保存一年以上。3. 操作过程注意避光，搅拌速度应适当以避免产生气泡。4. 层析柱装柱时，尽量使柱体均匀，柱面平整，无气泡、裂隙。5. 上样时注意，当柱顶缓冲液与凝胶平面相切时再加样品，洗脱时，当样品走至与凝胶平面相切时再加洗脱液。6. 影响标记效率的其他因素还包括：温度、反应时间、pH、荧光染料与蛋白的量等，需注意控制。7. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套。Scope of application：Protein nucleic acid labeling dye.
