The Lioness™ UT Microbiota Panel A, v2.0 , is designed for qualitative singleplex in-vitro assessment of  common urinary tract/wound microbiota using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye (FAM, TxRed). The panel is provided in plate format with each probe/primer target in one well. The Lioness™ UT Microbiota Panel A, v3.0 , is designed for qualitative multiplex in-vitro assessment of  common urinary tract/wound microbiota using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dyes (FAM, HEX, TxRed, Cy5). The panel is provided in plate format with three probe/primer targets per well.   Positive controls included. Amplification reagents not included. SeqOnce recommends SeqOnce Amplification Kit or SeqOnce PLUS Amplification Kit. For Research Use Only. Not intended for in-vitro diagnostics. Not approved by the FDA.
