JC124 is a specific NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. JC124 has anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects.In VitroJC124 shows selective inhibition of NLRP3 inflammasome formation and activation of caspase-1, and reduction of IL-1β both in vitro.
