A study shows that Octadecyl 3-​(3,​5-​Di-​tert-​butyl-​4-​hydroxyphenyl)​propionate can protect the oxidation of soybean phosphatidylcholine liposomes in water dispersion, but cannot protect the oxidation of dimyristoyl phosphatidylcholine liposomes.
