HPLC Kit, Luer Barb PP Adapter for 1/4 in. ID Tubing

ECO Funnels can be equipped with HPLC fittings, allowing the operator to connect HPLC waste lines directly to the funnel. Installation is free of charge. To order HPLC attached to your ECO Funnel(s) , please add the desired funnels and fittings to your cart. We can install up to 6 HPLC fittings per 4 in. funnel and 8 fittings per 8 in. funnel. Measure the Inner Diameter (ID) of your tubing to determine the size of Luer Barb fitting that you need.

These luer fittings, luer adapters and luer accessories are made to the ISO-594-1 standard, and may be connected to other luers meeting ISO standards. Please test your application to verify the performance of the interconnection. Part of a standardized system of small-scale tubing connectors used to make secure leak-proof unions in medical devices and laboratory instruments, these luer fitting provide a unique secure friction seal appropriate for gas and fluid connections.

The chemically resistant polypropylene Luer barb adapters have interconnected Luer fittings. Tubing connections range from ¹/₁₆ in. (1.6 mm) to ¹/₄in. (6.4 mm) The threaded end is connected to the ECO Funnel while the tubing connects to the Luer barb.

The barb has no parting lines on the barb to ensure a leak-free tubing union. Female lock luers utilize lugs or threads that engage securely with special threads on the male lock luers. Male lock luers are available in versions with integral lock rings or with rotatable features to permit tubing positioning prior to assembly.

Each HPLC adapter includes a male and female side:

1. Female Luer Thread Style with ⁵/₁₆ in. Hex to 1/4-28 UNF Bottom Sealing Thread, Natural Polypropylene
2. Male Luer Integral Lock Ring to Barb, Natural Polypropylene, available in several sizes to fit different tubing:

• ¹/₁₆ in. (1.6 mm) ID Tubing
• ¹/₈ in. (3.2 mm) ID Tubing
• ³/₃₂ in. (2.4 mm) ID Tubing
• ⁵/₃₂ in. (4.0 mm) ID Tubing
• ³/₁₆ in. (4.8 mm) ID Tubing
• ¹/₄ in. (6.4 mm) ID Tubing
