HIPREP 16/60 SEPHACRYL S-400 HR

General description

HiPrep^™ 16/60 Sephacryl^® S-400 HR is a prepacked gel filtration column for preparative separation of biomolecules in the molecular weight range of 20 000 to 8 000 000 with sample volumes up to 5 mL.

Application

Sephacryl^® S-400 is optimized for separating polysaccarides and other macromolecules with extended structures e.g. proteoglycans and liposomes.

Suitability

All commonly used buffers, 0.2 M NaOH, 0.1 M HCl, 1 M acetic acid, 8 M urea, 6 M guanidine HCl, 1 % SDS, 20 % ethanol, 30 % propanol, 30 % acetonitrile (tested at 40oC for 1 week), 0.5 M NaOH (only for cleaning-in-place)
