Recombinant human GM-CSF is a 14.6kDa globular protein consisting of 128 amino acids containing two intramolecular disulfide bonds and two potential N-linked glycosylation sites. The human and murine molecules are species-specific and exhibit no cross-species reactivity. Application:Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor human has been used in the medium for plating of the cells. It has been used in culture medium for the differentiation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
