Earle's Balanced Salt Solution (with Ca2+ & Mg2+), abbreviated as EBSS (with Ca2+ & Mg2+), produced by aladdin contains 117.24mM NaCl, 5.33mM KCl, 26.19mM NaHCO3, 1.01mM NaH2PO4, 1.80mM CaCl2, 0.813mM MgSO4, and 5.56mM D-Glucose. It is sterile and can be directly used for autophage induction, cell washing, solution preparation, and cell counting dilutions etc.Precautions：Use aseptic techniques while handling this product to avoid microorganism contamination.This product contains Ca2+ and Mg2+. also provides EBSS without Ca2+ and Mg2+ .This product is for R&D only. Add appropriate amount of EBSS (with Ca2+ & Mg2+) and incubate for 10, 20, 40 or 60 minutes to induce autophagy.
