In order to meet high safety demands, e.g. when dealing with hazardous substances or pressure differences, DURAN® Safety Joints offer very good protection against accidental loosening of the connection. Furthermore, DURAN® Safety Joints offer a system to separate jammed cones and sockets. This minimizes the risk of breakage and related threats.
The DURAN® threaded sleeves also offer secure locking with DURAN® standard cores.

• Compatible with DURAN® cones and sockets according to DIN 12249
• Manufactured from borosilicate glass 3.3
• Threaded sleeve prevents unintentional loosening of the ground joint
• Firmly seated ground joints can be loosened more easily here. The danger of glass breakage and associated risks is thus minimized.
