Septa Heat Range & Usage:
• Butyl Stopper & Disk: - 40° to 120°C; Used when PTFE is not required
• PTFE / Butyl: - 40° to 120°C; Economy Septa w/ Low Background Peaks
• PTFE / Molded Butyl: - 40° to 120°C; Tightest Seal of all items using PTFE w/ Low Background Peaks
• PTFE / Silicone: - 60° to 200°C; Excellent for volatiles
• Aluminum / Silicone: - 60° to 220°C; Excellent for volatiles. Not recommended for repeat injections
• FKM: -20° to 200°C; Excellent Resistance to Aggressive Fuels and Chemicals
