DNA Loading Buffer (Red, 6X)

Red DNA Loading B (6X) is a conventional concentrated DNA loading buffer with appropriate modifications, employing Red as an indicator. Bromophenol blue migrates at 200-500bp, which interferes with the observation of 200-500bp DNA fragments. However, Red migrates at position of 20-50bp, which completely solves the problem introduced by bromophenol blue.The color of this product is bright red, which is convenient to observe on gels.This product has been improved and is stable at room temperature for a long period of time.Precautions：When using ethidium bromide (EB) gels for DNA electrophoresis, this product should be handled with care to avoid contamination by EB.This product is for R&D only.
