General description
Diethanolamine (DEA) is an alkanolamine. Kinetic studies of its reaction with carbon dioxide has been proposed.
Application
Diethanolamine (DEA) may be used to compose the Ti(O-i-Pr)4 (titanium isopropoxide)-diethanolamine-i-propanol system, required for the preparation of transparent TiO2 films by dip-coating method. It may be used for the coating of ZnO nanoparticles.
