This CellSTACK culture chamber features a 1,272 cm2 cell growth area. Two 26 mm diameter filling ports allowing direct access to chamber bottom. The chamber provides greater flexibility for sterile filling and emptying by pouring. 33 mm polyethylene threaded cap with vented overcap has a 0.2 µm PTFE membrane sealed into the peelable foil cover. Optional 33 mm threaded caps are available with integrally sealed chemical-resistant, heat-sealable flexible tubing to allow direct sterile transfer of media and cells. USP Class VI polystyrene chamber construction provides excellent optical clarity and mechanical strength. Sterilized by gamma radiation and certified nonpyrogenic. 100% leak tested prior to shipping.
