BOC-TRP(FOR)-OH 25 G

General description

Standard building block for introduction of tryptophan by Boc SPPS. The formyl group is stable to standard high HF cleavage but can be removed by HF containing thiophenol ^[1,2,3]. The formyl group can also be removed with piperidine in DMF prior to HF cleavage.
