BOC-GLN(TRT)-OH 25 G

General description

A trityl-protected derivative which increases the solubility of glutamine during the coupling step in SPPS ^[1]. Its use gives higher yields and lower by-product formation. During the following coupling cycles the temporary side-chain protection is removed.
