Axitinib (C007B-006018)

Axitinib is a non-selective receptor kinase inhibitor of Flt and Flk proteins. This compound also inhibits Flt-1(VEGFR-1), Flk-1(VEGFR-2), Flt-4(VEGFR-3), PDGFR-β and c-Kit(c-KIT) with IC50 of 0.1 nM, 0.2 nM, 0.1-0.3 nM, 1.6 nM and 1.7 nM, respectively. Axitinib is studied as an antitumor agent of various cell lines.
