General description
Amberlite™ IRA-900 chloride form is a macroporous, polystyrenic type 1 resin. This resin was found to catalyze the photodecomposition of carbon tetrachloride in ethanol.
Application
Amberlite™ IRA-900 modified with metallophthalocyanines was used to remove 4-nitorphenol.
Strongly basic (type I) anion exchange resin for decolorizing intermediate to light solutions, concentrating heparin at neutral pH, removing metal ions, etc.
Features and Benefits
Strongly basic, macroreticular resin of moderately high porosity with benzyltrialkylammonium functionality which is useful in decolorizing and removal of organic materials.
